This project is located in a rectangular shape site on a steep slope, which gives a picturesque perspective to the city from the north and a mountain outlook from the south. The designed volume was rotated to create a better connection between the building and the surrounding environment. Integrated windows design to supply adequate natural light and vista.

The connection between the two levels was shaped through suspending stairs in a void. A private balcony that enjoys the mountain view is designed on the other end of the building. The minimal interior design is to emphasizes more on spatial aspects of space.
